Role: Client Performance Specialist

As a fast-growing, late-stage start-up, we are seeking to add a dynamic, high-energy team members to our client services team that can grow with the company.
The Team and Role
The Account Management Team at SearchForce is charged with owning and deepening the relationship between SearchForce and its clients. Team members provide ongoing client support for open issues, as well as strategic advice on using other features to drive marketing performance and deepen the relationship with SearchForce. We invest in thoroughly training all team members, in the beginning as well as on an ongoing basis. And we ensure that team members have the tools they need in order to be successful with their clients, by making the range of SearchForce human and other resources readily available to Client Performance Specialists.
In this role, the Client Performance Specialist serves as the primary link between SearchForce and its clients. Building a strong relationship with the client that allows you to understand the client’s business and their goals at a high level as well as in detail is a crucial part of this role. With this knowledge, you’ll be able to specifically enhance the value of SearchForce to the client as well as provide constructive feedback into SearchForce’s product roadmap. Other daily activities include training users on SearchForce modules, answering clients’ questions and representing the clients and their needs internally. As a member of the Account Management Team, you may also represent SearchForce at trade shows, in sales presentations and in various other arenas.
A number of different career paths are open to a successful Client Performance Specialist within the client-facing part of SearchForce. These include roles within the sales team, senior relationship management team, marketing team and also within SearchForce’s product management organization.
Required Skills and Aptitudes
- Undergraduate or graduate degrees in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics or Math/Statistics preferred
- Excellent communication skills, including written and spoken English
- Proficiency with Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Desire to interact with clients on a daily basis
- Motivation to provide high quality client service
- Drive to understand problems in detail, develop creative solutions and drive through to results
- Comfortable working in a small company
- Outgoing, dynamic and friendly personality
Additional Skills (not required, but a plus):
- Industry experience & SEM skills
- Strong understanding of databases and the ability to write queries to retrieve desired data.
- Solid Unix knowledge
- Competence with scripting languages
- Proficiency in written and spoken Spanish
Some travel to visit clients and other SearchForce offices will be necessary.
