The Team and Role

The Account Management Team at SearchForce is charged with owning and deepening the relationship between SearchForce and its clients. Team members provide ongoing client support for open issues, as well as strategic advice on using other features to drive marketing performance and deepen the relationship with SearchForce. In this role, the Client Performance Specialist serves as the primary link between SearchForce and its clients. Building a strong relationship with the client that allows you to understand the client’s business and their goals at a high level as well as in detail is a crucial part of this role. With this knowledge, you’ll be able to specifically enhance the value of SearchForce to the client as well as provide constructive feedback into SearchForce’s product roadmap. Other daily activities include training users on SearchForce modules, answering clients’ questions and representing the clients and their needs internally. As a member of the Account Management Team, you may also represent SearchForce at trade shows, in sales presentations and in various other arenas.

A number of different career paths are open to a successful Client Performance Specialist within the client-facing part of SearchForce. These include roles within the sales team, senior relationship management team, marketing team and also within SearchForce’s product management organization.
