Role: Client Relationship Manager
Location: Hiring for our San Mateo, CA & New York, NY offices.

Its product offers a seamless, integrated and automated solution to manage, measure and optimize their online marketing campaigns – saving time and improving ROI. SearchForce’s head office is based in San Mateo, California. The NYC office, located in the heart of the bustling Flatiron district, is staffed with account managers as well as several senior staff members. SearchForce’s clients are primarily located in the US, with a concentration on the East and West Coasts.
The Team and Role
The Account Management Team at SearchForce is charged with onboarding, owning and deepening the relationship between the client and SearchForce. As a member of this team, each Account Manager serves as the primary link between SearchForce and its clients. Daily activities include training users on SearchForce modules, answering clients’ questions, understanding the clients’ business, and representing the clients and their needs internally. The Account Management Team also represents SearchForce at trade shows, in sales presentations and in various other arenas. This is an individual contributor position with high growth potential.
SearchForce prides itself on its strong client support focus. All of its human and other resources are leverage able to account managers in search of assistance for their clients.
Responsibilities
- Ensure proper implementation of SearchForce’s online marketing management application within the client’s environment
- Deliver exceptional customer service and technical support
- Monitor training needs and deliver solutions to ensure adoption of relevant product features
- Trouble shoots and resolves any application issues working in collaboration with the technical operations team
- Work independently or with a team to understand & document customer requirements in a short amount of time
- Initiate and manage cross department communication to resolve any on boarding or integration related questions
- Communicate customer feedback and requirements to the product development team
- Perform unit testing procedures and participate with product quality testing when necessary
- Ensure that each client is positioned for long term success
Qualifications and Skills
- Undergraduate degree in science or related field
- 2+ years experience in search engine marketing
- Strong understanding of URL’s, URL encoding and parameter passing
- Excellent communication skills, including written and spoken English
- Ability to devise creative solutions to problems
- Motivation to provide high quality client service
- Drive to follow through with and understand problems in detail from start to finish
- Desire to interact with clients on a frequent basis
- Comfortable working within a dynamic environment
- Outgoing and friendly personality
- Proficiency with Microsoft excel formulas and macro language
