William ‘Dean’ Donovan, Chief Executive Officer
Dean Donovan joined SearchForce in 2011. Prior to SearchForce, He was Chief Operating Officer of Nimblefish, a marketing technology firm that pioneered the use of personalized variable creative content and other technologies – both online and in print. He also co-founded Volaris, the second largest airline in Mexico.
From 1989 to 2003 Dean worked at consulting firm Bain & Company, where he helped set up the Latin America business, ran the African business for several years and, at various points in time, ran the airline and auto practices.
Dean graduated Summa Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa from UC, Berkeley, where he studied Economics and Rhetoric. He received an MBA from the Wharton School in 1990, where he made the Director’s List.
Dhiren DSouza, President & Co-founder
As president and co-founder of SearchForce, Dhiren’s leadership, engineering background, and long work days drive us to deliver exceptional software and support for search management professionals. Dhiren’s commitment to hiring phenomenally talented engineers and emphasis on team work, is the secret behind SearchForce’s smart search management platform.
Attracted by the exploding space of search marketing, Dhiren co-founded SearchForce in 2004 where he leads the design and development of the optimization system architecture. Prior to SearchForce, he co-developed a customizable trading platform targeted toward the financial industry for IXNET, a Global Crossing company.
Dhiren has a B.A in Mathematics and Computer Science, a M.S degree in quantitative finance and an M.S degree in computational statistics and machine learning from Rutgers University.
Santhosh Nair, Chief Technology Officer
Santhosh is the architect behind SearchForce’s smart search technology where he brings sponsored search together with a highly scalable & reliable software architecture to create the most powerful search marketing platform on the market.
Before joining SearchForce, Santhosh spent more than a dozen years handling large-scale distributed systems where data accuracy, speed, security and retrieval are key to a scalable product and architecture. Previously, Santhosh designed the application integration server for ChartOne’s hosted EHIM Solutions. And, he was on the engineering team that designed Picture Archiving & Communication System (PACS) for Eastman Kodak.
Santhosh holds a Bachlor’s degree in Communication Engineering from the University of Kerala and a Master’s in Computer Engineering from San Jose State University.
Paul McGhee, VP of Sales
Paul McGhee is an accomplished veteran at helping technology sales teams grow new revenues and market share. In his two decades of experience, he’s helped software companies drive $200 million in new business sales from new products in new markets.
Before joining SearchForce, Paul ran his own sales consultancy, advising high-profile clients such as Workday and BrightRoll on best practices for rapidly scaling sales.
Paul has held senior sales management roles at some of the world’s leading technology companies, including Oracle, J.D. Edwards & Company (now Oracle), Kintana (now HP), Nimblefish (now R.R. Donnelley), and MotionPoint – managing both field and inside sales teams.
Paul has a BA from UCLA and an MBA from the Wharton School of Business.
Juan Lin, Ph.D. Chief Scientist
While most of his energies are directed towards building the most powerful bid management framework and sophisticated bid optimization algorithms on the market, Juan also manages to sneak in daily foosball games, where he beats us all.
As SearchForce’s Chief Scientist Juan loves being on the cutting edge of quantitiative advertising.
Prior to joining SearchForce, Juan was a faculty member in the mathematics department at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and in the statistics department at Rutgers University. His research in statistical network analysis, data mining and machine learning was funded by the National Science Foundation.
Juan holds a Ph.D. in statistical physics from University of Chicago, and a B.S. degree in physics from Yale University.
Neha Sharma, VP of Engineering
As one of our lead software engineer’s, Neha is responsible for developing critical components of our search management platform. She is also a key member of our support staff, helping clients solve the most challenging PPC management questions.
Neha’s background is well-suited to problem resolution. She has a Master’s degree in Software Engineering from San Jose State University. Prior to joining SearchForce Neha spent several years teaching engineering to college students, a job that prepared her to help SearchForce clients tackle challenging search engine marketing projects.
