SearchForce Inc., including searchforce.com, searchforce.net and other subsidiaries (collectively, "SearchForce Inc."), is a licensee of the TRUSTe Privacy Program. TRUSTe is an independent, nonprofit organization whose mission is to build users' trust and confidence in the Internet by promoting the use of fair information practices. This privacy statement covers the sites www.searchforce.com and www.searchforce.net. Because this web site wants to demonstrate its commitment to your privacy, it has agreed to disclose its information practices and have its privacy practices reviewed for compliance by TRUSTe.

Any information you provide will be treated in accordance with Directive 95/46/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 24 October 1995 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (the "EU Data Protection Directive"), and any implementing and/or amending legislation as may be adopted in EU Member States from time to time, as well as the Swiss Data Protection Act of 19 June 1999 and any implementing and/or amending legislation that may be adopted from time to time. SearchForce Privacy Statement: SearchForce has created this Privacy Policy ("Policy") in order to demonstrate our commitment to customer privacy. Your privacy when using the SearchForce Services is of great importance to us. Because we gather important information from our visitors and customers, we have established this Policy as a means to communicate our information gathering, use and dissemination practices. By holding a User Account on the SearchForce Services, you consent to the data practices prescribed in this Policy. Please note that all capitalized terms and phrases not defined in this Policy shall carry the meanings ascribed to them in the SearchForce Terms of Service. All references to “you” and “your” refer to the user of the SearchForce Services. All references to “SearchForce,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to SearchForce, Inc. and its affiliate entities.

We consider information that may be used to identify an individual, including but not limited to, a first and last name, home or other physical address, an e-mail address, phone number or other contact information, whether at work or at home, to be “Personal Information.”

Collected Information:
We require persons who create User Accounts on the SearchForce Services to give us Personal Information, such as their name, company name, address, phone number, and e-mail address, and financial qualification and billing information, such as billing name and address and credit card number, by filling out our online forms or faxing in paper forms. We may also ask for additional Personal Information, such as title, department name, fax number, or additional company information, such as annual revenues, number of employees, or industry. Customers can opt out of providing this additional information by not entering it when asked. Users can update their Personal Information at any time by logging into the SearchForce Services and editing their Personal Information within the “My Account” tab. In addition, Administrators must enter a name and e-mail address for each new User Account that they create. Administrators are solely responsible for obtaining consent to use your name and e-mail address in this manner, and SearchForce shall bear no liability for the decision of an Administrator to create a User Account on your behalf. If a User Account has been created on your behalf without your consent, your sole remedy is to contact SearchForce Security at security@SearchForce.com and ask that your User Account be terminated and your Personal Information be deleted from the SearchForce Services. SearchForce will investigate any User Account so reported, and will delete the Personal Information associated with any User Account found to have been created without consent. SearchForce uses the Personal Information that we collect to set up the SearchForce Services for individuals and their organizations. You may opt-in to allow us to use your Personal Information to contact you to further discuss customer interest in our company, the SearchForce Services, to send you our newsletter, and to send information regarding our company or partners, such as promotions and events. Your Personal Information will not be distributed or shared with third parties without your consent. Customers can opt out of being contacted by us, or receiving such information from us, at any time by sending an email to support@SearchForce.com or turning off the option of receiving email in Preferences section with "My Account" Tab. However, SearchForce at all times reserves the right to use your email address for administrative purposes such as notifying you of major SearchForce Services updates, for customer service purposes, or notifying you of changes to this Policy or the Terms. Generally, you may not opt-out of these communications, which are not promotional in nature. If you do not wish to receive them, you have the option to deactivate your account. Except as we explicitly state at the time we request information, or as provided for in the Terms, we do not disclose your Personal Information to third parties without your consent. All financial and billing information that we collect is used solely to check the qualifications of prospective customers and to bill for the SearchForce Services. This billing information is not used by SearchForce for marketing or promotional purposes. SearchForce uses a third-party intermediary to manage the credit card processing. This intermediary is solely a link in the distribution chain, and is not permitted to store, retain, or use the information provided, except for the sole purpose of credit card processing. Other third parties, such as content providers, may provide content on the SearchForce Services, but they are not permitted to collect any information nor does SearchForce share Personal Information with these parties without your consent.Users will be using the SearchForce Services to host User Provided Data. SearchForce will not review, share, distribute, print, or reference any such User Provided Data except as provided in the Terms, or as may be required by law. Individual records may at times be viewed or accessed only for the purpose of resolving a problem, support issue, or suspected violation of the Terms, or as may be required by law. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of the user name and password associated with their User Account. SearchForce may also collect certain information from visitors to the SearchForce web site and Users of the SearchForce Services, such as Internet addresses. This information is logged to help diagnose technical problems, to administer the SearchForce web site, and to improve the quality of the SearchForce Services. We may also track and analyze non-personally identifiable and aggregate usage and volume statistical information from our visitors and customers and provide such information to third parties.

Cookies:
Cookies are files that Web browsers place on a computer's hard drive and are used to tell us whether customers and visitors have visited a web site previously. Standing alone, cookies do not identify you personally. They merely recognize your browser. Unless you choose to identify yourself to SearchForce, either by responding to a promotional offer, opening an account, or registering for a 30-day Test Drive, you remain anonymous to SearchForce. You have the ability to accept or decline cookies. Most web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually modify your browser settings to decline cookies if you prefer. However, certain features of the SearchForce Services may only be available if cookies are enabled in your browser. A cookie cannot read information stored on your hard drive or read cookie files from other websites. The cookie does not contain your Personal Information. We do not link the information we store in cookies to any personally identifiable information you submit while on our site.We may from time to time engage third parties to track and analyze non-personally identifiable and aggregate usage and volume statistical information from visitors to our website to help us administer our website and improve its quality. Such third parties may use cookies to help track visitor behavior. Such cookies will not be used to associate individual website visitors to any Personal Information. All data collected by such third parties on behalf of SearchForce is used only to provide us with information on site usage and is not shared with any other third parties.

Third-Party Sites:
The SearchForce Services may contain links to other web sites. SearchForce is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of these other web sites. Users must review the privacy policies of these other web sites to understand how they may collect, use, or disclose Personal Information.

Security:
SearchForce has security measures in place to help protect against the loss, misuse, and alteration of your data. When the SearchForce Services are accessed using Microsoft Internet Explorer versions 6.0 or higher, Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology protects information using both server authentication and data encryption. SearchForce hosts the SearchForce Services in a secure server environment that uses a firewall and other commercially available technologies to prevent interference or access from outside intruders. Finally, SearchForce provides unique user names and passwords that must be entered each time a customer logs on. These safeguards help prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the appropriate use of data. While SearchForce uses commercially reasonable means to secure your data, we do not guarantee that your data will not be improperly accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by breach of any of our physical, technical, or managerial safeguards.

Opt-Out Policy:
SearchForce offers its visitors and customers a means to choose how we may use information provided. If, at any time after registering for or being issued a User Account, you change your mind about receiving newsletters, and/or other information regarding our company or partners, such as promotions and events from us or about sharing your information with third parties, you can option out by either turning off the option of receiving email in Preferences section with "My Account" Tab or sending us a request specifying your new choice to SearchForce Client Experience at ce@SearchForce.com.

Correcting & Updating Your Information:
If customers need to update or change Personal Information, they may do so by editing their profile. To update a User Profile, log on to SearchForce.com and select My Account to add or update information. To update billing information please email support@SearchForce.com or call 650-235-8800. To discontinue the Service and to have data returned, email support@SearchForce.com or call 650-235-8800. SearchForce will respond to your correction or update request within at most 30 days from the date of your request.

Supplementation of Information:
In order to provide successful pay search management services to you, we may on occasion supplement the personal marketing information you submitted to us with information from third party sources, including but not limited to search engines and other pay per click marketing sites.

Enhancement of Marketing Profile Information:
Sometimes, for ourselves or on your behalf, we purchase certain marketing data from third parties sources, including but not limited to search engines and other pay per click marketing sites. then add it to our existing marketing database, to either help you to improve their pay per click marketing performance, or better target our advertising and to provide pertinent offers in which we think you would be interested. To enrich our Marketing Profiles of individual users, we tie this information to the personally identifiable information they have provided to us.

Changes in this Privacy Statement:
If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes to this privacy statement, the home page, and other places we deem appropriate so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it. We reserve the right to modify this privacy statement at any time, so please review it frequently. If we make material changes to this policy, we will provide notification of the change here, by email, or by means of a notice on our home page at least thirty (30) business days prior to the change taking effect.

International Users:
For Users located outside of the United States, please note that any data you enter into the SearchForce Services will be transferred out of your country and into the United States. You consent to such transfer through your use of the SearchForce Services.
